Decline my ATM and every day payments if I do have enough money in my account. I realize this may result in my payments being declined or returned. Emprise Bank will not charge a fee, but my payee may. For example, if your balance is $50 and you make a $55 purchase at the grocery store, we would not authorize the transaction and you would need to find an alternative form of payment.
